  • Cut athletic. If you are between sizes and prefer a little room through the chest, take the larger.
  • The body is cut long on purpose so the hem stays under a waistband through a scramble.
  • Measurements are of the garment, unstretched. A rash guard is meant to be worn under tension.

How it should fit

  • Tight enough that the hem does not travel when you sit in guard and stand up.
  • Seams sitting where the body bends, not across the point of the shoulder.
  • Sleeves ending where you want them to, not where they get dragged to.
  • A full exhale that is comfortable standing still.
